On December 27, 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Viet Cuong presented in the “Morning Coffee” talk show with VTV3 on the theme "Year-end drinking – an event with fun or obsession for the society”. The talk show emphasized the message of preventing the harmful effects of alcohol and limiting damage to health, family, and society. It also conveyed a strong message to the community about compliance with alcohol-related laws against drunk driving. Following the rule of "No Drinking driving", changes in the habit of drinking invitation, force drinking must be made. People who attended should use either public transport or vehicle-booking app services instead of driving after alcohol drinking, which were effective solutions to help protect themselves and the community.
