Objectives

This 1-day workshop is organised as part of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) funded collaborative Resource Recovery and Safe Reuse (RRR) Project.

RRR-Project results to be presented and put up for discussion:

·      A catalogue of RRR Business Cases and a set of generic RRR Business Models for safe resource recovery and reuse of solid and liquid waste streams.

·      City specific feasibility studies for the implementation of various RRR Business Models at scale.

·      Results obtained from testing the SSP’s applicability, adaptability and comprehensiveness in real-world settings.

·      The Specific Topic Entry Page (STEP) Business Development in Resource Recovery and Safe Reuse (“STEP RRR Business Development”) as the central resource platform for all educational and training material developed.

·      The RRR Business Development Training for Entrepreneurs and Trainers.
